If Faxing:

1. Print out application and fill in information and sign and date

• each person over 18 needs to fill out an application.
• $50 charge for application ( 1 fee if married-spouse still must fill out application)
• If you would like us to hold a particular apartment, we must have a security deposit included with the EFT or mailed check.For those under 55, the deposit is $400. For those ages 55 and over $200 security deposit.

IMPORTANT: if using this method, make a copy of the check and include with the application paperwork in the fax, so that we know to expect a check by mail.

2. make a copy of photo id and include with fax

3. print out credit standards sheet, sign and include with fax

4. Please fax all paperwork to 440-933-0252, and note whether you have sent an EFT check or will be mailing the application.
